Download and Login

Users can download the Farminsta app from the Play Store or App Store by searching for "Farminsta”.

After downloading, users can open the app and enter their mobile number.

Upon entering a valid mobile number, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent.

If an incorrect number is entered, the following error message will appear: “Alert! - Please enter a valid mobile number. Double-check the number and try again.”

If the OTP is entered incorrectly, the following error message will appear: “The OTP you entered is incorrect. Please try again.”

If users do not receive the OTP, consider the following potential causes:

Incorrect mobile number: If users entered incorrect mobile number. Here, "Change" option can be used to change the number and trying again for login.

Inactive Mobile Plan: An inactive mobile plan may prevent the OTP from being received.

Server Delays: Delays due to server issues might cause the OTP to take longer to arrive.

Network Unavailability: Poor network availability may prevent OTP delivery.

Farminsta team can assist users by informing the OTP through the pay4sms portal. Login using credentials, navigate to "Reports," and click on the "API Reports" tab to access the OTP generated for respective mobile number.

Once the mobile number is confirmed, click "Next" to receive the OTP

Based on the registration status of the mobile number, the UI differs;

If the number is registered under any company role, you will be redirected to the employee login screen (Field force/ Manager, Admin & Field force/Manager)

Influencer: If registered as an influencer, you will be redirected to the influencer login screen.

Farmer: If not registered under either category, you will be redirected to the farmer login screen.
